Training Agreement

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all training packages offered by Yves Nicollier Golf Academy.

1. Packages

Four training packages are offered:

Driving range balls and green fees are not included and are charged separately. Individual adjustments to packages are possible by agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

Kick-Off packages (3 months): full payment in advance, one invoice before the first session.

All-Stars Full Package (1 year): full payment in advance or, on request, in 2 instalments (50% before start, 50% after 6 months).

Champions Full Package (1 year): full payment in advance or, on request, in 2 or 3 instalments by individual agreement.

Payment is due within 10 days of invoice. Training begins only after the first payment is received.

3. Cancellations by the student

More than 24 hours before the session: the session can be rescheduled free of charge. This option is offered in good faith and must not be abused.

Less than 24 hours before the session, or no-show: the session is forfeited and counts as completed.

4. Weather

Training takes place in all weather conditions. In case of rain or unfavourable conditions, the session is used for indoor training, mental training, strategy, theory, or video analysis — whatever best supports the student's goals.

5. Cancellations by Yves Nicollier

If Yves is unable to attend a session (illness, injury, travel), the session is rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time. The package duration may be extended accordingly, or the missed session integrated into the existing schedule.

6. Early termination by the student

Training packages are a commitment for both sides. No refunds are issued for early termination.

In case of unforeseen circumstances (long-term illness, relocation, etc.), the package can be paused for up to 6 months and resumed at no extra cost.

In exceptional hardship cases, individual solutions can be discussed at Yves' discretion.

7. Liability

Training takes place at the student's own risk. Yves Nicollier Golf Academy carries professional liability insurance for damages caused through proven negligence. Liability beyond this is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

8. Photo & Video

Photos and videos taken during sessions are used only for internal training purposes (technique analysis, progress tracking). Any public use (Instagram, YouTube, website) requires separate written consent from the student.

9. Confidentiality

All personal conversations and information shared during training are treated confidentially.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
