2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, message.
Review form: name, email, optional photo, review text.
Shop notify form: name, email, product interest.
Members area: email, password (encrypted), appointment data, session notes, training videos, payment status.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiries, to manage your training package, to send appointment confirmations and session feedback, to display approved reviews on the website.
4. Who has access
Only Yves Nicollier. We use the following service providers to operate the website and members area:
- Supabase (database, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Cloudflare R2 (video storage, EU)
All providers comply with European data protection standards. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
5. How long we keep data
Contact and review submissions: up to 3 years.
Member accounts: as long as the training relationship lasts, plus 10 years for accounting purposes (Swiss legal requirement).
6. Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law (revDSG), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (within legal retention limits)
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for the login function in the members area. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
8. Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visitors and page views and to understand which content people engage with.
This tool is cookieless — it sets no cookies on your device. It does not track individuals across sites and does not build personal user profiles.
No personal data is collected. Only aggregated, anonymous metrics (such as page views, country, device type and referrer) are processed by Vercel Inc., which acts as our data processor in line with European data protection standards.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
